Nails: ABS plastic. Glue: Acrylic acid, Ethylhexyl acrylate, Hydroxycyclohexyl Phenylketone Prep pad: Isopropyl alcohol, Water.

Before application, align your nails with your cuticles and find the right size for each nail
When in between sizes, take a smaller one, not a larger one
Wash your hands with soap and water and dry thoroughly
Use the included cuticle stick to push back any excess skin
Wipe your nails with the included prep pad to clean your nails for better adhesion. You can use rubbing alcohol instead of or in addition to the prep pad
Peel the backing off the nail and then press it down onto your natural nail, in the middle and on both sides at the same time
Hold for 30 seconds
Wait at least an hour to wet your hands or file nails if desired
