Lash Line: Apply your Caviar Eyeliner Pencil along the upper lash line. Hold the pencil horizontally and keep the long side of the pencil tip flat against the eyelid. This makes it easy to see where the line is placed. Apply in short strokes to keep the application close to the lashes
Tight Line: With gentle pressure on the eyelid, lift gently (minimal) to more easily see the bottom of the lash line. Apply Caviar Eyeliner Pencil between the lashes using a zigzag motion. This gives the illusion of a thicker lash line and thick lashes.
Waterline: Apply directly to the lower and/or upper waterline.
