Compact Foundation is only applied dry with a foundation brush or sponge. The product looks like a regular pressed powder, but is damp and should be applied with a dry makeup sponge from the center of the face outwards. For better coverage, take a small amount of Compact Foundation and apply to the specific area. How to install your refill in the powder box: When your powder runs out, you can keep your packaging and easily replace your powder with a new one by inserting our Compact Cover Refill.
