1. Clean the roller with a cosmetic alcohol spray
2. Wash your hands and cleanse your skin
3. Use the derma roller with smooth and gentle movements. Make sure to maintain the same speed, pressure and movement when moving the roller
4. Start with 2-3 repetitions vertically, horizontally and diagonally, both up and down. After you have used the roller a few times, increase to 10-12 repetitions
5. Always lift the tool off the skin before changing direction
6. Finish with a soothing sheet mask, serum, facial oil or a moisturizer of your choice
7. Clean the roller in warm water, immerse the roller head in medical alcohol or 70% alcohol and let dry
Recommended use: once a week for the first two months, then twice a month. Always clean the roller before and after use
