Shake well before use. Hold the bottle 20–25 cm from your face while spraying, keeping your mouth and eyes closed. Apply liberally 15 minutes before going out in the sun. Repeat after swimming or if you sweat a lot. Also repeat at least every two hours, and immediately after towel drying.
