Wet hair and scalp. Take a very small amount of Hair & Body Shampoo, equivalent to half a teaspoon or about 2.5 ml. Distribute in hands, add a little water and massage thoroughly into hair and scalp. Then rinse well. Does it lather poorly? Do not add more shampoo! Instead, rinse and repeat the shampooing process. Let the shampoo sit for a few minutes and then rinse well. It is always advisable to wash your hair twice in a row; the first shampooing dissolves impurities and the second washing cleans. Does your hair become flat? Either the Hair & Body Shampoo has not been left to act long enough or everything has not been rinsed out properly. It is very important to rinse well. Does your hair become frizzy? Use Hair Conditioner.
