Wet hair and scalp. Take a very small amount of Hair & Body Shampoo, equivalent to half a teaspoon or about 2.5 ml. Distribute in hands, add a little water and massage thoroughly into hair and scalp. Then rinse well. For best results, repeat shampooing. It is always advisable to wash your hair twice in a row; the first shampoo dissolves impurities and the second washes clean. Follow up with conditioner to avoid flyaways.
