Before application, find the correct size for each nail. Align the nail tabs with your cuticles and check the sides for proper fit
If you are in between sizes, take the smaller, not the larger
Wash your hands with soap and water and dry thoroughly
Use the included cuticle stick to gently push back excess skin
Wipe your nails with the included prep pad to clean your nails for better adhesion. You can use rubbing alcohol instead of or in addition to the prep pad
Pull the backing off the nail and gently press onto your natural nail, the center and sides at the same time
Hold for 30 seconds. Repeat for each nail
Wait at least an hour before wetting hands or filing nails if desired

Soak nails in warm water with soap or oil
When the water is no longer warm, gently pull nails away from side and use cuticle pushers to lift off if necessary
If you need more help, soak in acetone or use KISS Glue OFF
Wipe nails and glue off.
