Dip the tip of the Ultra Fine Eyeliner Brush into the gel (cover both sides of the brush head). Wipe off any excess product on a tissue before applying the eyeliner. Be quick to apply as the product will stick to the skin when it dries. Remove with Instant Long-Wear Makeup Remover
Using the Ultra Fine Eyeliner Brush (sold separately) dip the tip into the Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner, making sure to cover both sides of the brush. Wipe off any excess on a cotton pad. Apply close to the lash line, from the inner to the outer corner of the eye.
