Make sure the line is even and distributed along the entire lash line. Paint two coats if it looks too thin. 2. Wait until the eyeliner has dried completely. 3. Now place Kiss Magnetic Lashes on the Eyeliner. To remove the lashes, first lift off the lashes and place back in the box. Wet a cotton ball with make up remover and gently wipe away the eyeliner.
