For precise definition: Apply eyeliner along your upper lash line, starting at the inner corner of your eye and working outward, as close to your lashes as possible. Follow the natural shape of your eye and extend slightly past the outer corner of your eye. Tip: Tilt your head back and lift your eyelid just above your eyebrow to better reach your lash line during application. For a simple winged liner: Create definition along your lash line by following the steps above. To add a wing, extend the eyeliner past the outer corner of your eye and sweep the pencil upwards at an angle towards the edge of your eyebrow. Fill in the corner for a thicker winged look. Tip: A makeup brush, like our DRAMATIC DEFINER Dual-Ended Eye Brush, can be used to help create a more precise wing. For a smoky look: Draw a thick line along your upper lash line, as close to the lashes as possible. Define the line and blur the edges using a small, pointed brush, like our ESSENTIAL BLENDER Dual-Ended Eye Brush, and blend outwards. Repeat on the lower lash line. Tip: For extra drama, add more eyeliner along the lower waterline.
