Using the included applicator, apply a thin layer of NARS Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base to the eyelid. Then gently pat the primer into the skin, starting from the upper lash line and up towards the eyebrow. This makes the product apply extra thin, even and fine. Wait a little while and let the primer dry before applying eye makeup. If you want a matte and natural look, you can use NARS Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base without makeup as well.
