Shake well. Prepare the skin with your usual cleansing routine. Apply generously with sunscreen before sun exposure, recommended amount for an adult for the face is 3ml. Let the product dry thoroughly. Be careful in the sun, even when using sunscreen. Reapply every two hours and after swimming/sweating/towel drying. Too little product reduces the level of protection. Do not stay in the sun for too long. Overexposure to the sun is a health risk. Protect infants and young children from direct sunlight. Allow to absorb completely. Avoid eye contact. Recycle the tube as plastic.
